Our Journey

Founded in 2019, we began our journey with the construction of single-family homes in the suburbs of Lake Conroe and Tomball, Houston, Texas.

Building on our success, we expanded into the Arizona market, focusing on rental homes in Tucson. This phase marked the beginning of our property management services. Our growth continued with the development of new homes in Santa Cruz and Pinal counties, Arizona.

Billie Sheldon, Consultant

Since 2004 Billie Sheldon has been an Independent Consultant with Tastefully Simple.

A Vail resident since 2005, Billie moved from Michigan to Arizona while working for the United States Postal Service. She retired from the USPS in June of 2020 after having 27 years of Service.
